As an installation or service technician, you will be responsible for the iInstallation; maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic security systems; and access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, lock, gate and fire systems. May require to perform cable testing, device testing, and other tasks associated with the installation, troubleshooting, moving, repairing and adjustment of security equipment to commercial and industrial businesses. In addition, must have proven working knowledge of personal computers and ability to read and write clearly. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and the general public. You will be required to provide our clients with exceptional customer service by handling and resolving customer related issues.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma, BA, BS, engineering degree or experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven strong working knowledge of personal computers.<
Ability to read and write clearly. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) and the general public.
